I am a qualified teacher with varied methods of teaching, I am competent enough and always focus on the symtudent to make sure that the needs of the student are taken care of, I engage my learners in discovering their potential in making sure that they complete their work on time, I prefer to get the feedback I need in order to make my approach more friendly and result oriented I also encourage the students to fully participate in the class work as this fosters their confidence and makes them successful in whatever they are learning . My main strength is in my ability to articulate points powerfully and make the learner more knowledgeable at the end of the lesson . It is my long time experience in handling different learners with different learning capabilities that has given me a way of innovation and coming up with new teaching methodologies that have proved to be a success . Whenever I have the opportunity I will make sure that the learner doesn't regret going through my hands as my motto goes, failure is not an option, we can succeed if we work hard and focus on achieving our goals in a timely manner
