I prefer to guide students based on their skills and preferences to improve it maximum and to be remain the skills get sharpened in each and every sessions. The teaching style should be based on three levels. 1) Direct teaching 2) Learn from the experiments (indirect teaching) 3) regular assessment 4) achieve the target.
The direct teaching refers to the methodology of teaching based on regular module or syllabus which is fully prepared by teacher and indirect teaching refers to the teaching methodology focused on improving the skills of the student himself.
