My vast experience of language teaching in traditional university settings (Ph.D. in English linguistics, 2002) and tête-à-tête classes helps me achieve good results with all students, as I adapt my lessons to their personalities, abilities and needs following the basic rules: gamiify learning for increased participation, make space for individual feedback, innovate and create engaging learning experiences for the students, promote reflection and communication through quality asynchronous discussion, keep up with new research, data, and trends and use a dynamic approach.
I do my best to make my classes interesting both for audio and visual learners.
I also perfer that the students use the Pomodoro system for doing their homework. It divides an hour into two 25 mins work-time and 2 five-minutes breaks. So you study for 25 minutes and then take a five-minute break and repeat.
