I teach in simple and effective way where learning is Fun. Without fun there is no way of learning . I don't like to put pressure but a better understanding of each other will make it more effective . I teach about how to use the body in easy, relax way . Inclusion of tai-chi, contact improvisation, sounds and voice, somatic work, voice and breath, floor work, improvisation to connect to the body so that the being is able to connect to itself is a much holistic way .
