I value the understanding of concept thats why I deal with the basic and important contents focused on from a topic then from the believe that the student has understood then we can test that by an exercise.
From the exercise I can be able recognise the shortcomings of the student then know how to help deal with the matter.
More assignments given on the particular topic.
At the end of the Topic we should have covered a numerous question involving the same topic.

I would say what makes me a great teacher is that in the believe that every one can, I explain in the most basic way then with the confidence from student I let the work out questions on their own in my prescence then showing them mistakes if any after their final answer.
