Hello students. I m teaching for about almost 4 years offline and online. I have learned to synchronise my teaching method with mental status of student. All students are not equal so teacher should not teach all students with same approach. I have taught several students who were declared dumb by their parents but I made them brillient students.
I dont allow my srudent to be passive during class. I make him to cover/learn lesson by himself with the assistant of me. I do frequent evaluation.
In previous years all of my students got best grades.
