The most important aspect when teaching lies in understanding how our brains learn and recall to the point of mastery. If you place a child in a room full of other kids hoping that they learn then at the same pace then it's little wonder half of them struggle with comprehension. I believe we learn best when we don't know we are learning.

As I teach the spaced repetition method, flashcards and practicals to instill the basic fundamentals that can allow one to learn anything and master it. The spaced repetition method allows for easier recall since the brain has already created a pattern to that particular information. Flashcards are superb for enforcing visual representation of data.
