I see myself as an educator, not just a teacher. I encourage students to question their actions, the way that others live, and how we can use our knowledge to question the choices we make. I foster collaborations with leadership and fellow teachers that promote a flexible, supportive, and dynamic learning environment.

One of the things that makes me such a good teacher is my ability to connect with students on a personal level. I believe that it is important for teachers to be role models for their students, and I take that responsibility very seriously. I also believe that it is important for teachers to understand where their students are coming from so that they can better relate to them.

I have a deep understanding of the necessary skills and techniques for teaching online.
