Most probably I prefer to make students to talk and express what they feel and what make they ease in the subject and then I go for teaching. Blackboard method is the most likeable method by me. In online I use to share screen and make the students comfortable like they are in offline class. My strength is being friendly with all, so that I can understand the mindset of the students and I will be helpful in giving ideas for the students other than that of the subject. So that the students can communicate and also get attached with the teacher and also the subject
