First I judge capabilities of student learning and make a friendly environment for study then we made daily lession Plan and make sure that student complete his work during my presence.
I believe that in friendly environment student can use his capabilities in better way.
Take weekly test session and point out the deficiency of student and make sure deficiency will be removed before next rest session.
