Teaching is a relationship between student and teacher and if a student fail that means somehow that teacher fails. I believe in a theory a teacher should be approachable and make the subject so easy for their students so that they don't have to memorize the concept rather they have each concept on their fingertip with understanding. I believe in a theory that "Education can change the world" but that education means understanding of the concept i.e. how law is practically dealing with every arena of life I will give you illustrations of practical examples so that yo can corelate the subject practically. Law is not a subject Law is that regulation and rules from which our society is governed so not even a single arena is free from law. So we will see how "Law is king of Kings". Law is supreme how Constitution holds every single Act intact. I will be dealing in Practical as well as corelative manner i.e. eg. how constitution and torts is interconnected how torts and crime is interconnected.

Teaching contract law is essential in legal education as it introduces students to foundational concepts like offer, acceptance, consideration, and capacity, which are critical for understanding complex legal doctrines. The subject equips students with practical skills relevant to various legal fields.

Key aspects of teaching contract law include focusing on foundational principles and using case law to highlight how precedents shape contract law. Engaging students with landmark cases like Carlill v Carbolic Smoke Ball Co helps develop critical thinking about real-world disputes.

Interactive learning, such as role-playing and mock contract negotiations, makes theoretical concepts tangible, while a problem-solving approach involving hypothetical disputes sharpens students' legal reasoning. Discussions about modern challenges like e-contracts and consumer protection laws ensure relevance in today’s digital world.

Ethical considerations, such as the fairness of agreements, also play a significant role, helping students appreciate the human impact of contract law. Utilizing the Socratic method, case briefings, and group discussions further enhances their understanding, preparing them for both exams and future practice.

Teaching the Bhartiya Nyay Samhita (Indian Penal Code, 2023) to students is crucial in shaping a comprehensive understanding of India’s legal framework. This newly updated code, replacing the colonial-era Indian Penal Code (IPC) of 1860, reflects contemporary socio-political changes and is aimed at making justice more accessible, transparent, and relevant to today’s society.

Students must first grasp the historical evolution of this code, understanding why the transformation from IPC to Bhartiya Nyay Samhita was necessary. A focus on how the new code addresses modern challenges like cybercrime, terrorism, and gender justice is essential. Teachers should emphasize key provisions that focus on human rights and the rights of marginalized communities, offering a holistic perspective on justice and fairness.

Interactive learning methods such as case studies, discussions, and mock trials can help students grasp the practical implications of the laws. It's also important to link theoretical knowledge with real-world legal processes to show how the judiciary interprets and enforces these laws.

Incorporating critical thinking skills will help students analyze the code not just as a legal document but as a dynamic tool for social change, making them more informed and responsible future legal professionals.
