Me,Ali Iqtadar Dara has been teaching since long,having good experience of teaching creating friendly atmosphere in the classes.
Always apply interactive method of teaching,keep involved and attention and attracted to teaching with teaching style, remains involved with students,using the regional accent or idiolect of the students.
Different tricks of making the students attentive with lecture.
These are question and answer sessions during the lecture,using direct and indirect method,using board,making the students jot down the things of the topic related on board so that they may overcome shyness, lethargic situation of the students finish in this way,ask the students prepare the questions,make the students highlight their weaknesses and positive aspects in the study and the character so that students may overwhelm and over come deficiencies not for present but for future.
I always focus on the future of the students by making them able problem solution personalities,mine focus never goes on the ramming as is the custom in most of the students but mostly on concept making about any thing.
Overall,I always find my success rate positive which not only keeps me satisfy but makes satisfy the others.
