I• My first concern is to have a child-friendly teaching atmosphere which makes students more attentive. I always try to keep teaching more creatively, to keep students' brains stimulated, engaged, motivated, and interested in their lessons. I believe if students can see my face, it’s going to be more motivating for them if I look engaged and interested in what they are saying. All PDF and PPT notes are made on my own and the content is easy to understand, clear and short. Long, dense texts are challenging to read on a screen, so it’s much easier to break things into chunks. I make sure the slides look clean and clear and any videos used are of good quality. The variety of presentations keeps students on their toes. The colors, images, fonts and other tools in my notes are carefully selected based on the content and the age.The way which I follow to help online students stay on track with their studies is to set goals and remind them of their progress. One simple way to introduce short-term goals into my online classroom is to make sure each lesson has a clear outline that I share with my students so they know where they are in the learning process and the context for any activity they are doing. I strongly believe that rewards and positive feedback is the best motivation for students for the best achievement. When it comes to long-term goals, going too far into the future might not be effective, but taking time now and then to check in with students and the goals together for the next month, three months, or six months down the line. Assessments are the major elements in the teaching learning process and I conduct continuous assessments with them, such as unit test, mock papers, semester test and term test and past papers. This is the best way to cultivate confidence in students for their exams. With all these strategies, I create my profession as a warm and caring teacher who wants all children to be successful learners and works to create a classroom atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging, and adaptive to the varied needs of students.
