Teaching is my passion and i don't take it as a burden. The most important thing in teaching is that there should be a positive healthy environment between students and teacher. And second thing is that lectures should be interesting so that students take interest in class and understands the lecture. Class participation is also necessory in positive learning. If teacher is dedicated and honest towards his/her then the students also like him/her. And lastly student feedback is very important. If they have any issue regarding studies they can freely ask questions and if they have problem with teachor's method then their feedback helps the teacher to change his method. I really believe in all these points that i have mentioned above and i am trying to do all this.
