I am a K 11 certified celebrity personal trainer and coach at mumbai (Globally online)as freelancer with 12 years of experience, i also completed Team boss and Golds gym functional training Course.

My goal as a coach is to get you moving and feeling better than you were before the start of each session. First I judge my clients physical mental strength and balance like age, height, weight any medical history, Weakness etc because without knowing no one can make a better plan for fat loss, muscle building, strength, flexibility etc.

    I charge session wise if more than an hour there will not be any extra fee
