Hey i am completed my post graduation MA yoga and i am now teaching yoga online for almost 1 year ..If anyone interest message or call me at ********* Take two days demo then decide what you want ..only one day off in a week and have focus all parts in a body like one day we practice for upper back one day lower back one day leg stretching, twisting,forward,balancing ..In a week all the body parts are covered ..You can also take classes in group or also available in single means personal classes
