I can make the student, learn the concept and motivate them as a mentor with empathy and patience. I can adapt to various situations which are needed for their development and knowledge. I will revise all the topics which are taught in the previous class. I will conduct descriptive and objective test for them after completing each units. I will be available to them when they have any doubt regarding the portions. The concept will be explained for two or three times as per the need of the student in simple language which they could understand.
