I have a hybrid and blended teaching style, I really care about the student. I give chance to the student to completely involve in the lecture and ask the relevant questions. I respect the students' opinion as well I don't force my opinions. It is another thing that I will not let the student to rely on the wrong knowledge. I m a Facilitator as well and promote self learning and self actualization. I understand students' problems what they want how the want to study etc. Every student has different ability, So I will go through it. And I think these things make me a perfect teacher. Thank you.
