PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I am goal oriented teacher with experience in handling learners with diverse learning abilities. Here are some of my teaching experience.
Devising and producing visual aids and teaching resources  Organizing learning materials and resources.
Providing a variety of materials and resources for students to manipulate in their learning exercise
Establishing and enforcing rules for behavior and streamlining procedures for maintaining the order.
Managing behavior both in the class setting and outside.
Meeting with parents and guardians to discuss the student’ s progress and needs during the year groups consultation meeting.
Suggesting ways to parents and the students to promote their learning development based on data collected.
First Step International (2020-2021)
As a direct instructor, I was able to handle learners on individualized program,preparing and recommending teaching resources.

New Highlight schools. (2012 to 2020)
As a classroom teacher I was able to interact with pupils and established cordial relationship with the them that aided in performance.
The school uses Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) in reducing negative behaviour and enhancing acquisition of new skills for learners.
Have been able to undertake a workshop on Direct Instruction, an approach that is helpful in handling learners
Have also been able to build a foundation for handling learners with developmental disorders, through training on Antecedent, Behaviour and Consequences (ABC). Through this skill, I have been able to create intervention for negative behaviour during class sessions and outside activities.
The experience also taught me how to handle individual differences in a classroom situation and equipped me with the virtue of patience while teaching learners with diverse needs.
With this experience, I strongly believe that am a good asset to your child's academic success.
