Two Times Qualified Indian Administrative Services ( Main) Examination with Economics and History Optional in 2006 and 2007. Masters Degree in Economics. UGC NET Qualified in Economics with 73.14% in June 2012 . Two Years Diploma in French Language from University of Calcutta ( 2012-14). 1 Year Astronomy Course from Birla Institute of Fundamental Research ( Birla Planetarium, Kolkata) . GRE and TOEFL Qualified in November 2014. 24 Years of diversified teaching and administrative experience in private academic sector. Worked as Assistant Professor in Economics Department, Lovely Professional University ( LPU) Jalandhar, Punjab (2015-2016) . Worked as Senior Visiting Professor in Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata ( EOGP Department) and University of Engineering and Management ( UEM) Kolkata ( IAS Division). Worked as Director in RICE Group and Academic Head in RICE IAS Academy, Kolkata . Worked as Resource Person ( faculty) to deliver lectures for Indian Economic Association ( IEA) sponsored UGC NET Preparatory Course for Economics Postgraduates students pan India through online mode. Worked as Senior Online faculty for University of Rajasthan students ( APTC) . Worked as Senior Faculty for several IAS, WBCS, and Competitive Coaching Institutes. Life member of Indian Economic Association (IEA) and The Indian Econometric Society ( TIES) . Till now 11 research papers got published in national and international journals and edited books.
I explain everything with real life examples to make conceptual clarity like story telling. I share my experiences with my students to realize their full potential and achieve their career goals and dreams. I strongly believe that the role of a teacher is exactly like a catalyst in the educational journey. The journey of learning becomes interesting, prolific and meaningful when we get a friendly teacher who can understand the specific needs of the students and give critical inputs to help the students to achieve success in life. Education is extremely important in today's world to acquire insights... Knowledge gives us power to take important decisions in our lives. There is a saying in PANCHATANTRA that " It is not the eyes which gives us sight but rather it's Knowledge which is the true organ of Sight " . I strongly believe that the role of a teacher is to help the students in finding their own hidden strengths and hidden potential. I always try to guide my students in unconventional ways with realistic approaches . My commitment and validity for my students is till my last breathe !
