I believe in allowing my students to learn everything according to their pace because the more time you take to grasp something the longer you going to remember it. I also try to provide an atmosphere where a student must develop love for learning instead of developing love for marks only.

I have done my PhD on sibling relationships so my students can discuss that aspect also.
