Adapt to the Tech of your e-learning Platform which is user friendly and allows both the teacher and student have rights to manipulate the system well for effefctive learning.
Experiment With Graphic Elements so that the learner can see the explained content in a demostrative way also.
I also make short notes and presentations for students to make work and studies fun for them.
Create Space for Individualized Feedback- getting student feedback on how the lesson has been and a recap on areas that the learner has not understood.
Give Specific Instructions on how to approach different section on the areas of study.
Plan Your Classes in Advance to prepare the learner in advance psychologically and mentally. This allows for full preparation and brain participation.
Work on Virtual Awareness this takes care of free will.
I believe with no doubt that my methodology has and will continue producing the best out of students as i do my best to produce the best of the world.
