My personal goal is the get my students beyond their targeted goals by using techniques that suit the student. This means that I think outside the box in my class delivery while making sure you understand the concept and topic being taught.

I love interactive classes so, do not think I'll do all the talking because I believe in moving from the known to the unknown.
