Blended Learning
Blended learning which relies heavily on technology, with part of the instruction taking place online and part in the classroom via traditional approach, During the pandemic situation classes were through online.after the situation many teachers are following blended form At the heart of blended learning is a philosophy of taking the time to understand each student’s learning style and develop strategies to teach to every learner, by building flexibility and choice into curriculum.students lost their patience to attend long time off line calsses.They prefer on line classes or atleast blended form classes

Results
Teachers can work hard all year long to make sure that the students are learning more and more about a certain subject and all of this would be in vain if they are not taking evaluation tests. By taking various kinds of assessments teachers can know how their students are doing and also how much of their efforts are fruitful. In addition, they can also know how their teaching is showing up and what all do they need to do to improve so that the students are learning in a better way.
