For me, my students are very important and hold a special place in my heart. I always try to place myself in the Students shoes and teach and assist them. I think the teacher- student relationship is very important. The student must feel comfortable with the teacher.

My method of teaching varies from student to student and level . For example :
I- I introduce a topic or a subject and explain . If it is a paragraph for example, we read and explain. Then the students says whether she has understood or not and gives feed back and answers questions. Grammar is discussed as well. I also explain with examples .Students active participation is a must.

2. If it is Beginners class I use a lot of images to teach them new words or vocabulary . The classes are strictly conducted in English but if a student is a beginner ., I occasionally use some Arabic, French, Bangla or Urdu/Hindi as per the needs of the student. The Students do most of the talking

3. In a Grammar class I explain the rules in a simple way and practice with many examples where students participate

4. I usually like to meet the student via Zoom and find out what is her actual need before I start my classes with her. The first class is free of charge . This is to get to know the student and her needs so that we are both comfortable in our class.

5. EDITING / REVISING RESEARCH PAPERS
Students forward me their papers . I read through it and discuss points which are unclear/ vague or incomplete. Final editing/revision is done after discussion with the student.

6. A student is also allowed to connect with me via email. Once we start classes, I will share email with the student.
