Greetings for the day!
I'm Kirti Waingankar, a Yoga Practitioner & Instructor. I've been practicing Yoga Since past 3-4 years now. And gladly have my own 'Kirti Yog Studio' page🌱 I've done my TTC course as well as PrePostnatal TTC. I'm more into wanting people to practice yoga as it has helped me in many ways which I would be glad to share with everyone around.
Yoga Practice is harmless and can be done by each and every person and that's the beauty of yoga, is the reason why I love teaching Yoga.
I'm training people personally at home as well as in groups online & offline.
Yoga is something you won't know untill you are willing to practice.
