I chose to study Agriculture and Environment Technology at University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

The skills I have mastered in my studies include

-Knowledge of Hydroponics and green house growing.
-Irrigation and fertilization scheduling
-Knowledge of Vertical Farming.
-Pest/disease control
- Knowledge of phytotechnology
-Strong technical and analytical skills in the issue of relevance to agriculture

My experience in Sri Lanka Institute of Nanotechnology (SLINTEC) as internship trainee (volunteer) has taught me valuable skills in,

-Maintain research lab equipment and operations.
-Process and analyz data collected from laboratory, greenhouse experiments.
-Plant, maintain, treat, and harvest greenhouse studies for paddy.
-Maintained an accurate record of seed increased in the greenhouse.
-Create effective reports
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Next I entered Best Care Animal Hospital. My experience in Veterinary Laboratory Technician has taught me valuable skills in,

-Operates and maintains a variety of laboratory instruments such as clinical chemistry machine, microscope, automated blood analyzers
-Knowledge of QC practices, instrument operation and maintenance, and result reporting
-Performs testing accurately and efficiently following approved procedures
-Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
-Experience in hematology/chemistry, urinalysis and specimen processing
-Specialized Knowledge - identifying blood parasites under microscope, Urine drop, Skin, Ear sample analysing under microscope.

Now I'm following Msc in Crop Protection and Plant Biotechnology at University of Kelaniya and joined to Gateway College Dehiwala
