I am currently working as an English teacher in Skylark English medium school based on icse curriculum. A good teacher is who can maximize the learning potential of all students. Developing a positive relationships between a teacher and student is fundamental aspect of quality teaching.I believe that every child is unique and it is teachers job to provide them such environment so that they can understand their strength and reach their highest potential. My teaching philosophy is to include such methods and techniques in our curriculum that helps students to express themselves and find their true calling.
