As a teacher, I try to create interest in subject and i proceed always with a lesson plans to meet the individual needs of children.
I Set expectations that are appropriate to the child's age and developmental level.
Responsible for providing parent-teacher conferences twice a year and Maintaining strong communication between parents and management in order to provide feedback and discuss concerns.
Weekly test and monthly progress report for the parents is mandatory in my teaching curriculum.
