    My responsibilities as the Lead Instructor involve creating customized lesson plans for students
    personal growth, curriculum development for the following subjects in math, science, and reading,
    instructing virtual experiments while online with students. Literacy Logic has customers over the
    United States and international customers i.e Iraq, Mexico and Switzerland. Students range from
    grades K-6th grade. Students' scores in their subjects have increased within a two month time
    span. Students are being double promoted, obtaining honor roll status, and testing into top scores
    within their state.
