I entirely focuses on the creative teaching and innovative learning. I would make my students able to think out of the box by not only paying attention to any specific syllabus or material but by engaging in practical tasks. Instead of using technical terms I use simple techniques to make the content easy to grasp by person with any level and regularly examine by giving small assignments which involves research, associated and integrated learning and need a lot of brainstorming. The students will be able to research and work on their own after a short span of time besides that they would convey newly learned concepts in a more easy way. They will become efficient to apply that knowledge into real situations.
