I prefer one-to-one teaching and focusing solely on a student is a great way of teaching in my opinion. I would also emphasize on the role of the parent. The strategy of parent-child-teacher would be recommended which creates a huge impact for the improvement of the student!

I would be able to guide on homework/project, provide relevant feedback to parents and recognise out-of-class strength of a student to be able to connect to the teaching method.

Every small step taken is a great effort too. Let's start from small. To empower is what I am best at!
