First of all my concern is students comfortable and friendly with me after that what they require in that subject .I try to fulfill. Take oral and written test after the exercises.
I talk with the students as well as parents too what is there requirements. If they need i help them in there homework as well as note to the particular topic which I teach them. Some students are learn slowly so I give them time and extra attention so they learn, anderstand and complete there work without any problem
