My students will never get marks below than 80%.In case of obtaining low marks .40% of the fee will be returned..
My methodology of teaching is totally based on how to clear the concept regarding a topic.After delivering the lecture, multiple questions will be asked regarding the topic .In this way a student prepare his/her topic on the spot.
Then just writen practice will be required.
According to my experience,most of the students are unable to grab the lecture because of lack of motivation.So,it is essential to keep my students motivated.
