I have been an educator since 20 years. I believe in experiential learning teaching methodology. This teaching practice help learner to grasp the concept properly. In my previous institution learning by doing method was applied to all grade levels till grade 8th. During my tenure i was able to achieve the results of my students to more than 60%. My previous institution allowed teacher to experiment with best teaching practices. Our motto at institution was to make students ready for all 21st century skills. Students not only enjoy learning at our institution but also gain confidence in all aspects.
