I believe my student always rate me 4 out of 5 since I teach them in a step by step process. I am also open for a discussion if they have clarification. A collaborative teaching learning process is my ultimate goal whenever I teach. I always ask my students if they already understand our lesson before proceeding to a new lesson. I also give my students a diagnostic exam before starting a lesson to know what part of the lesson that needs to be explained or discussed with a fewer examples. The progress of every learner must be reported also to their parents regardless if it is bad or good.
