I do have a 98% pass rate since I have mastery of the content. Firstly I understand students' learning needs and ability to grasp the content. I do ensure proper delivery, and repetition and formulate songs and necronyms for concept mastery. I do introduce shortcut formulae to enhance mastery of the content. I know how to motivate my students to fasten their ability to grasp by summarizing details and touching on the most important aspects in an appropriate way.
I am also patient enough to listen to my students, adjust my speed or even have a repeat of a session in case it can help that student understand better. I am addicted to success for intellectual fulfillment, always available for my students for consultation, and can tell in advance if a student needs my help & I will reach out to them to ensure they pass. I am fluent in spoken and written English language such that my students will have it easy to understand every word I utter.
