Experienced civil engineer and English teacher. Skilled in English as a Second Language (ESL), Teaching English as a Second Language, Lesson Planning and Adult Education.
As for teaching style and methodology, my main focus is on Post-Method Pedagogy. Regarding Post-Method Pedagogy, a mixture of various methods are used in order to reach the highest efficiency. Based on my students needs and abilities, I decide which ones are effective and which methods should be avoided.
What makes me a great teacher? I develop sensitivity to my students' needs, problems and find solutions for those problems. As a compassionate teacher, I always support my students in doing their assignments and keeping up with their studies to achieve better results. Besides, I constantly encourage them to learn more through watching movies, listening to podcasts, reading books/magazines, and giving a summary of them in class. Continuous assessment can be of real help as well.
