Introduction:

With over 14 years of experience as a Qualified Chartered Accountant, I have gained expertise in various domains of the CA profession. Notably, I spent four years with PWC, a leading global consultancy firm, in their stat audit department in Pune.

Building upon this invaluable experience, I have been practicing as a Chartered Accountant for the past five years, specializing in Business & Share Valuation, Business Advisory, and Merger and Acquisition.

One of my true passions is teaching, and I never miss an opportunity to engage in it and learn from it.

Experience:
Over the past five years, I have been actively involved in delivering lectures on Financial Management at the Intermediate Level for CA & CS students, as well as at the CA Final Level.

I am regularly invited to deliver guest lectures at prestigious professional institutes such as The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI-Pune), ICICI Foundation Pune, and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI-Pune), Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce (Autonomous), Pune, Shankarrao Chavan Law College, Pune.

Teaching Style and Mythology:
Over the years, I have developed a study technique that enables students to revise the subject matter at least five times, ensuring a deep understanding and increasing their chances of scoring high marks in exams.

Moreover, I encourage students to understand the questions thoroughly and independently apply the related concepts, allowing them to learn from their own mistakes and enhance their problem-solving skills.

Results
The results of my teaching efforts speak for themselves. I am proud to have helped two CA Intermediate students pass their group solely due to their grasp of the Financial Management subject, with one scoring 81% and the other 65% marks in the subject.

Similarly, two CA Final level students achieved scores of 60 or above in Strategic Financial Management, with one scoring 67% and the other 65% marks.

Furthermore, a CS Executive level student excelled in their group, securing 80% marks in the subject.

What make me great teacher?
What sets me apart as a student’s favourite teacher is my dedication to motivating students to ask questions in the class, fostering a mindset of curiosity and creativity.

I actively encourage students to propose solutions to various real-life situations, empowering them to think critically and develop problem-solving abilities.

Always try to motivate the students to ask the question in the class which help them to develop their mind and increase the creativity.

My extensive professional background as a Qualified Chartered Accountant, coupled with my passion for teaching and commitment to helping students succeed, make me an exceptional educator.

Through my teaching style, methodology, and ability to motivate and engage students, I strive to inspire a love for learning and empower individuals to achieve their full potential in the field of finance and accounting.
