I am Dr. Vinaya Kumar T, I have completed my 5.5 years undergraduation course in Alvas College of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences, moodbidre which is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, Karnataka.
I have good knowledge about Yoga therapy, Naturopathy and Diet therapy along with these i have been integrating the knowledge of acupuncture, physiotherapy and ayurvedic treatment modalities.

I am 9th rank holder in the state in RGUHS for the academic year 2016-2022.
I have started my blogs and youtube channel to spread the knowledge og YOGA AND NATUROPATHY WORLD WIDE.
I have done my internship in various south Indian Naturopathy hospitals like JINDAL NATURE CURE HOSPITAL, BANGALORE, SAMSKAR NATURE CURE HOSPITAL, NIZAMABAD, HYGIENE HOSPITAL, CALICUT, WENLOCK GOVT. HOSPITAL, MANGALORE, MRR NATURE CURE HOSPITAL, BANGALORE.
I have a good knowledge of Allopathy treatment techniques and various investigation techniques.

Taught online yoga classes for weight loss and given yoga therapy for specific conditions and results were satisfactory to the patient. I teach with preprepared powerpoints for lecture classes and visual expirience about the topic is given to the clients. Acupunture treatment showed good results in conditions like myalgia, headache, spondylitis, sciatica and other bodily problems.
