I engage learner's in the teaching and learning process,I ensure they contribute either by always asking questions or through giving their opinion on the topic discussed.This enables them to remember every details during class,since they were all part of the process
Where applicable I make use of instructional materials for better understanding and also engage in demonstration depending on the topic at hand
I exercise patience with learners and try to explain as much as possible till they have an idea of what I'm explaining,after evaluating them in class,I also include home work for them to independently carry out,so I can assess their response to that very topic
I do not use the rod while teaching because I believe it makes learners fearful and makes the aim of impacting knowledge null and void,instead I relate and come down to their level so they can fully participate and enjoy lesson time
