My goal is for my students to become the best in the world and great individuals capable of building a new solution and turn them into innovators rather than just teach them the curriculum. More than teacher-student interaction, I want to identify their subject deficiencies and simply get them to understand the concepts. It makes no difference if my students are below average; after my guidance, I will turn them into strong subject matter experts. A great deal of innovation is coming from these new young minds, so I believe it is also my responsibility to help my students become a great asset to the society.
