I include variouse asanas, types of meditation, different breathing exercises. I have different yoga module for stress, anxiety, insomnia, blood pressure, weight loss etc. I guide my student according to their body need. I have research experience in the field of yoga. This helps to know which asan or breathing exercise is good for which disease. So do yoga with me my class will be full of fun and every class will be with new practices.
