Hello, This is Nrithya. I am a trained Bharatnatyam dancer with an experience of 14years. My style is a mix of Vazhoovur and Bharathanrithyam. I have performed in various Temples, Sabhas, Prestigious events and competitions in and around India. I have also been teaching, choreographing events to dance groups. Currently, iam a freelancer in dance. My teaching methodology would include fitness for stamina buildup, yoga for flexibility, mindfulness, fun activities while learning and theory. Since, my main stream is from Psychology background i would be able to understand the student and teach according to their ability.
