I have an enthusiastic outlook towards life.When it comes to my job I am passionate about teaching.It gives me a great sense of achievement when I see my students grow & develop as a complete individual.If I can have a positive impact on their future I feel like I am doing my job well. I can describe my teaching style as being interactive, supportive, suggestive.I encourage them to have their questions.I implement ways like assigning homeworks,giving test and monitoring child's performance.Sometimes when traditional ways don't appear to work I try to think out of the box so that the process becomes more interesting.
