I live to inspire by the power to change lives for the better, help souls and body achieve their fitness and health goals through motivation and education, but it’s much more than giving out exercise orders. I am focus on my client, doing regular assessments in order to track the progress and driving to the goals that were stipulated in the beginning during the evaluation and elimination of risks factors. I am having very good results with the methodology used, based in functional workout and High Intensity Interval Training, accordingly with the fitness level of each client.
