Hey there!
I am keen to be present as a support for anyone seeking a sincere Yoga practice or is curious to explore self through Yoga, meditation or mindfulness.
It comes from a space of pure love to support individuals and groups and facilitate a space where one can be the true self.

My teaching styles are majorly focused on Hatha Yoga and Mindful Yoga along with sharing verbally about Yoga and Yogic lifestyle.
I also design sessions specially, on request for addressing any specific issues one is dealing with.
I use techniques of art, sound, music and mindfulness and combine them beautifully to design Meditation sessions. I love to engage with children and design sessions for them as well.

As a mindfulness counselor, I am committed to guiding others on their path to self-discovery and emotional resilience. I believe in the art of listening—to oneself, to others, and to the world around us.
My practice is rooted in compassion, empathy, and the understanding that everyone's experience of life is unique and valuable.

    I feel pure joy in designing workshops for adults and kids, based on techniques of Mindfulness, to help them feel grounded and feel more present.

    Minimum charges = 3 days a week
    Maximum charges = 5 days a week.

    For Mindfulness/Meditation for adults *(Sessions are designed with art, music and movement based activities) - 8 week programmed advised.
    6500/- for 3 days a week
    8000/- = 5 days a week.

    Individual Mindfulness based Listening/coaching sessions (min 8 sessions advised);
    1000-1200 INR per session

    Group engagement or a long term commitment is considered for fairer concessions.
