1. Beginner - Basics warmups, stretching,stances (positions),punches - kicks (step by step with detailed explanation) and introduction to Kata
2. Intermediate - Perfection to all the beginners workouts with doubled the exercise .Adding new Punches-Kicks and Blocks and new skills and Katas (belt wise)
3. Advanced - Working hard on each thing what we have learned and also and challenging our own will power, strength with some more katas and also with that learn fights and points which referee gives.
4. No limit - there is no end to the number of things we can learn. As much you spread your knowledge more you gain it.
