I mix the three teaching styles i e directing style which involves listening and following directions, discussing style which involves interaction with the students and delegating style which involves empowering students.
I use the learner centred method where I play both the role of a teacher and a student and learn new ways of delivering content which keeps on changing.
I am so much concerned with my learners performance and I go to an extend of creating extra time for my learners and give tests so that they can perform better in academics
