I am passionate and dedicated about my work and take teaching with passion and as a calling. I have a wealth of experience as a steady booster that motivates me to do my best. I always use my passion to learn new skills everyday with the dynamics in the innovative world changing fast so as to fast track the current trends in learning. I have been praised by my manager for been part of team that facilitated the positive index improvement of results in the concluded academic calendar.

Learner centered approach is the pedagogy that i use as well as encouraging discussion in learning use of prior knowledge to learn in class. I also us the simple to complex methods in teaching difficult tasks. Assignments and homework is also vital in my approach as it helps track the understanding of my learners.

Patience,listening and good skills in communicating helps me achieve good results. I have been able to guide learners and have witnessed them improve from low marks to not only above average but also exemplary and better results in final exams.
